EAG Airport collects personal details only where a service, a permit or an application requires them. This statement sets out what we collect, why, who can see it and how long we keep it.
Draft, not yet approved
This text is a draft. EAG Airport Management N.V. has not approved it yet, and it may change before it takes effect.
The details you send us
We collect nothing beyond what the form in front of you asks for. Each form serves one purpose.
Service requests
Your name, email address, telephone number and the flight or movement details needed to deliver the service, for courtesy handling, special assistance, landing and handling, lost and found, and business enquiries.
Parking
Your contact details together with the vehicle details, license plate and the dates of your trip, so the vehicle can be identified on the parking lot for the duration of your stay.
Airport permits
Identity details, employer details and a certificate of good conduct (VOG). These are required for security credentialing and are the basis on which access to the airside area is granted or refused.
Job applications
Your contact details, your CV and your cover letter, together with any details you choose to add to them.
Contact messages
Your name, your email address and the message you write. Nothing else is requested and no profile is built from it.
Purpose of processing
- Delivering the service you requested and invoicing it.
- Security credentialing for airport permits, including the checks required before airside access is granted.
- Assessing job applications and running the recruitment procedure.
- Answering the messages you send us.
Where your details are held
Requests and applications are stored in a secured cloud environment operated for EAG Airport Management N.V.
Access is limited to authorized airport staff through role-based permissions. Staff see the records their role requires and no others.
Contact messages are forwarded to the airport mailbox and answered from there. They are not retained as records in the system.
How long we keep it
These are the terms EAG Airport applies. Records are reviewed and removed by the responsible department; nothing is deleted automatically.
- Service requests and orders: 24 months.
- Job applications: 12 months after the procedure closes, then deleted.
Permit applications and documents: kept according to the airport's security setting. [policy to be confirmed by EAG management]
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us which details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Where a legal retention term applies, we say so and give the date on which the record can be removed.
Send your request to info@eagairport.sr.
