Overflight and landing permits for Suriname are issued by CADSUR, the Civil Aviation Department Suriname. Operators submit the application directly to the authority through its online form. EAG does not issue, process or forward permit applications.

The permit is the operator's own responsibility toward the authority. Apply through the CADSUR arrival and landing permit form before your flight.

The CADSUR application form asks the applicant to submit:
- Certificate of registration
- Certificate of airworthiness
- Noise certificate
- General declaration with crew and passenger list
- Insurance certificate
- Current Air Operator's Certificate, where applicable
EAG as your handling agent
The application form asks the operator to name a handling agent. EAG acts as handling agent at EAX · SMEG. Send the aircraft, route and planned times and our operations team replies with a quotation before your arrival. For handling questions, write to info@eagairport.sr. The permit application itself stays between the operator and CADSUR.
